Steven M. Stoliker, 59, of Martin Lane, Troy, died at his residence on Saturday, July 27, 2013 after a long illness. Born in Troy, educated in Cohoes, he was the son of the late Richard and Marilyn Savaria Stoliker. He worked for the glass industry and also for the Center for Disability Services in Albany. Steve was an avid reader, sports enthusiast and lover of old movies. He especially liked talking about his two little buddies, Hershey and Jordan. He is survived by his wife, Loretta Beddow Stoliker of Troy, his son Steven Stoliker, Jr. of Florida and his grandson Steven Stoliker, III. Brother of Thomas Stoliker, Dennis Stoliker, Michael Stoliker and Linda DiVietro, also survived by several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday 11:00am at the Church of the Holy Trinity, Cohoes. Interment will be in St. Josephs Cemetery, Waterford. Family requested no calling hours. Those who wish to remember Steve in a special way may make a donation to the animal shelter of ones choice.
