Obituary of Gary Howard Hill

Johnsonville- Gary H. Hill, 65, of Johnsonville and formerly of Cohoes died at VA Medical Center, Albany on Saturday March 15, 2014 after a brief illness. Born in Troy and educated Cohoes High School, he was the son of the late Howard and Barbara Dunbar Hill. He worked for Horizon Solutions Corp in Albany. A US Navy Veteran. Member of the Chinese Community Center in Latham. He is survived by his wife Chunyuan Hill of Johnsonville. Father of the late Zachary Hill and father- in- law of Lauren Hill of Clifton Park and grandfather of Briana Hill. Step father of Cindy Chin of California, Christina Jones of China, and Jiaqi Cheng of Florida. Brother of Douglas Hill of Las Vegas, Rhonda Murphy of Cohoes and the late Beverly Carey and Leslie Hill, also survived by nieces and nephews. Funeral Wednesday 10:30am at the DUFRESNE FUNRAL HOME, Inc., 216 Columbia Street, Cohoes. Interment in Gerald B H Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery, Schuylerville, N.Y. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 4 to 7 PM.
