To the Hill family; I was sorry to hear of Gary's passing. It was a big shock. He was always a pleasure to talk to when he stopped at Wiley Bros. I will always remember his stories of keeping track of the deer that came through his yard. May God bless you and console you at this time of sorrow. Remember that bright smile of Gary's will always be looking down at you.

Gary was a colleague of mine for several years and someone I considered a friend. You see, Gary and I were both bit-heads and loved talking about PLC's and coding, and after our company downsized him in 2009 I always looked forward to hearing from him. Last year when I heard he was ready for a new challenge I made sure to call one of my favorite companies (who was looking for someone with Gary's skills) and give him my endorsement (because I really believed in him.) I have to say I'm very sad I didn't get to see him in 2014, but Gary was never one to make himself the center of attention and I respect that. I'll miss you Gary!
