I am so sorry to learn of Bill's passing. I came to know him and Shirley only through International Lilac Society membership, but oh what an impression he left. Such a gentleman! Such a loyal and dedicated representative of ILS! His absence will be felt for years to come. My condolences to Shirley and the rest of the family. God speed.
