I think of you everyday mom. I feel you with and around me often. You keep me strong and keep me going with your endless and unconditional love. I remember everything you taught me and everything you told me. With your help, I am finally finding truth.
“Gosh I love you mommy”. I am never too old for that. Fly high but please continue watching over me

I miss Janet already! She was always so kind to my mom in her later years and would send a funny card to cheer her...I distinctly remember one with animals...the dog did the "lab test" and of course a kitty did a "cat scan". Janet always had the best email jokes too, some a bit racy...but always funny. She was a cousin and a friend and although I probably hadn't seen her in person since I was a little girl (maybe at her wedding?), we maintained a great long distance relationship these last few years. We got a new computer this year and somehow I lost her email address...now I have to figure out if it's heaven.com or heaven.net. God Bless you Janet and thanks for all the smiles...I'll miss you! Love to your kids and all who loved you.

Janet's personality, her presence and her love will long be remembered. She was a valued member of our Blue Star Mothers chapter. She made us laugh and was there for us when we cried. She spoke with tremendous pride about her daughter, a wounded warrior. She was so giving. The twinkle in her eyes when she smiled was priceless. Even though we hadn't talked in a while, I am going to miss her. This Saturday at Colonie Center will not be the same. Rest in peace.

Angie and John - Your mother was truly one of a kind. Very caring and understanding, selfless and always looking for the best in others. She touched the lives of many and lives on through the kindness she gave. She had a great, positive impact on my life. Sending my thoughts, prayers and love to you and your families. - Mike

I was so shocked to hear of Janet's passing. Although we did not see each other often and would talk occasionally by phone, I considered her to be a very good friend. She had a wicked sense of humor ( which I enjoyed immensely) and a very kind and giving soul. A very selfless woman with whom I was proud to know. She loved her children dearly and was especially proud of her daughter Angie's service to our country. I will truly miss you my friend and I know you will keep God laughing as you have done with us.

You became my other Mother the day I wed your daughter,
And I just want to thank you ,Janet for the lovely things you've done.
You raised in Love the gracious women with whom I share my life.
You are her lovely mother and I'm her lucky wife.
During your journey on your final flight home.
White wings will carry you and you will be flown.
To the pearly gates of Heaven, where they will usher you in.
To the feet of your Lord, your Saviour, and your friend.
He will hold you in his arms and the angels will sing.
As another one of His children is delivered by white wings.

Angela and John,
I'm very sorry for your loss. I remember your mother well and all the rides to school. Jumping in the hatch back and grabbing on to the defrost wire and her yelling "I can fix it! But it would be better if you didn't break it!"
Blessed to have her part of my life.
Brandon.

Mrs Lupe was a wonderful woman who loved her children endlessly. I have so many great memories of slumber parties at her house and trips to Bob's. Always thoughtful, when we got older no matter what if I needed her help she was right there. She was so kind and so giving. Thinking of you Lupe and John. You both now have an angel watching over you forever.
Love,
Margaret
