Cohoes – Lydia E. (Storm) Martin, 84, formerly of Cohoes died at Diamond Hill Nursing and Rehabilitation Center on Tuesday, August 13, 2013 after a long illness. She was born and educated in Troy and was the daughter of the late Walter (Anna) Cook and Esther (Edward) Strope. She worked at Montgomery Ward’s in Menands and drove school bus for the East Greenbush School District and Brennan’s Bus Service in Cohoes. She was a member of the Cohoes Moose Club. She was predeceased by her husbands, Carl H. Storm and Louis J. Martin, Jr. She is survived by her children, Donna “Chili” White of Troy, Kenneth H. (Deborah) Storm of Voorheesville, Dawn E. (Richard) Korzenowski of Rockland, Maine, Keith C. Storm, Sr. of Troy, Kevin J. (Lori) Storm of Canastota, Kerry A. (Barbara) Storm of Troy, Debra L. (Viestarts) Zubkovs of Troy and Kriss W. Storm of Clifton Park, also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Funeral Friday At the DUFRESNE FUNERAL HOME, Inc., 216 Columbia Street, Cohoes with Interment in Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery, Schuylerville, N.Y. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday from 5 to 7pm.
