Cohoes Annette Bourassa, 95, of Cohoes died at Diamond Hill Nursing and Rehabilitation Center on Thursday, November 22, 2012 after a short illness. She was born in Cohoes, educated in St. Maries School and was the daughter of the late Alfred and Marie Gamache Fortin. She was a machine operator for Troy Town Shirt, retiring in 1990. She belonged to the Amalgamated Cotton Garment and Allied Industry. She was a member of the Ladies of St. Anne. She was predeceased by Edna Charland, Mary Craig, Clarinthe Lussier, Louis Fortin, Virginia Dozois, Geneva Ducharme and Anna Fortin. She is survived by several nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews. Funeral Monday, 11:00am at Holy Trinity Parish, Cohoes where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Interment in St. Josephs Cemetery, Waterford. Relatives and friends may call at the DUFRESNE FUNERAL HOME, Inc., 216 Columbia Street, Cohoes on Sunday from 2 to 5 pm. Those who wish to remember Annette in a special way may make a donation to Holy Trinity Parish Organ Fund.
