Troy – Michael J. Dudar, 39, of Troy, passed away suddenly at his residence on Tuesday, October 10, 2017. Born in Albany, educated in Cohoes and was the son of Peter and Paula Larive Dudar of Cohoes. He worked for New York State, mail and distribution assembly in Albany. An avid NY Yankees fan, NY Giants fan and loved going to the casinos. A member of Sacandaga Boat Club, his prize possession was his boat. He was an avid gun rights enthusiastic, second amendment supporter. He lite up a room with his smile, wit and humor. He loved spending time with his daughter, family and friends. In honor of Mike's memory, please wear NY Yankees or NY Giants attire. No Boston Red Sox attire except James Elliott. Survivors in addition to his parents, is his daughter, Jaelin Marie Dudar, who he adored and her mother Theresa Blair, his brother Peter J. Dudar of Cohoes, and his brothers by another mother, David Mitchell and James Elliott, also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins. The funeral will be Saturday 9:30am at the DUFRESNE FUNERAL HOME, Inc., 216 Columbia Street, Cohoes with Deacon Gerard Matthews officiating. Interment will follow in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Waterford. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 3 to 8pm. The family is setting up a go fund education account for Jaelin Marie Dudar.
