Scotia – James P. Ewing, Jr., 52 of Scotia passed away suddenly on Sunday, September 10, 2017. Born in Troy, graduating from Hudson Valley Community College with an Electrical Degree. Son of Carol Couture Ewing of Clifton Park and the late James P. Ewing, Sr. He worked as an electrician for 24 years. He enjoyed fishing, nature and spending time with his family. Survivors in addition to his mother are his children Megan and Matthew Ewing of Scotia. Brother of Linda (David) Johnson of Latham, Karen (James) Lynn of Charlton, Richard Ewing of Guilderland and Kimberly (Tim) Gilligan of Latham, also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. There are no viewing hours. Funeral private at the convenience of the family. .
