Obituary of Nancy C. Braley

Rensselaer – Nancy C. Braley, 71, of Rensselaer, passed away at The Grand at Guilderland on Monday, March 6, 2023.  She was born in Albany and was the daughter of the late Robert and Lois Wilson Hanks. She was a cook for the New York State Police in Albany.  Mother of Edward (Staci) Braley, Robert (Bernadette) Fink, Kimberly Fink, and the late Tina (Richard) Schrimsher.  Grandmother of Zoe, Edward IV, Sean, Hope, Victoria, Donavan, Jarred, Tristan, Robert Jr., Payton, Grayson, Joseph III and Aylin, great grandmother of Carsyn Robert Fink.  Sister of Aria (Joe) Gianatassio, Susan (Ron) Marshall, Linda Mace, Patricia (James) Schrimsher, Marriane (Raymond) Sitterly and the late Douglas (Sue) Hanks, also survived by several nieces and nephews.  The family will receive friends at the Dufresne Funeral Home, Inc., 216 Columbia Street, Cohoes on Saturday, April 29, 2023, from 12:00 noon to 2:00pm.
