Cohoes – Sandra A. Krause, 72, of Cohoes passed away at her residence on Tuesday, September 6, 2022, with her family by her side.  She was born in Albany, educated in Cohoes, and attended Hudson Valley Community College, and was the daughter of the late Theodore and Laura Isabelle Krause.  Sandra retired from Verizon in Albany after many years of service.  She is survived by her nephew, Joshua (Michelle) Krause of West Sand Lake, NY.  Sister of the late Thomas Krause, also survived by her God daughter Joy and many friends.  Funeral services will be held on Friday, September 9, 2022, at 2:00pm at the DUFRESNE FUNERAL HOME, Inc., 216 Columbia Street, Cohoes. Inurnment will follow in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Waterford.   The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 12:00 to 2:00 prior to the service.
