Troy – Harley J. Skelley, 73, of Troy, passed away at his residence on Wednesday, August 10, 2022.  He was born and educated in Granville, NY and was the son of the late Harley and Florence Roberts Skelley.  He was a custodian for an Albany school. Survived by three children, 8 grandchildren, two sisters, nieces and nephews.  Predeceased by one sister.  Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family.  Friends who wish may send condolences to his grandson, Nicholas Skelley.  A picnic will be held at date to be announced.
