Halfmoon – Jeanne L. Hervieux Dufresne, 83, of Halfmoon, passed away at Riverside Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, Castleton, NY on Sunday, July 10, 2022. Jeanne was born in Cohoes and was the daughter of the late Harvey and Alice Roux Hervieux. She was a graduate of Catholic Central High School. She was a homemaker. Wife of 59 years to Arthur V. Dufresne of Halfmoon, mother of A. Daryl (Jessica) Dufresne of Colorado and loving grandmother of Breck and Quinn. Sister of Phyllis (late John) Fannucci of Waterford, Susan Hervieux Kalinowski (Robert) of Waterford and the late Leroy Hervieux. Also survived by her sister -in-law Marilyn Hervieux of Waterford, David (Evelyn) Dufresne of Cohoes, and several nieces, nephews, and close friends. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, July 14, 2022, at 6:30pm at the DUFRESNE FUNERAL HOME, Inc., 216 Columbia Street, Cohoes. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, from 4 to 7pm. Friends who wish to remember Jeanne in a special way may donate to the charity of one’s choice in her memory.
