Cohoes – Carl T. Jourdanais, 47, of Cohoes, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Tuesday, June 28, 2022. Carl was born in Troy and is the son of Robert Jourdanais, Sr., and the late Carol Jourdanais. He went to Cohoes High School. He was a hard-working dedicated family man. He worked off jobs for several years to take care of his family and learned many life changing skills in the process that pushed him into the home improvement business with his older brother until his untimely passing. Carl enjoyed crafting, working out with his older brother, spending time with his dog and fiancé’ and family to pass his time. Survivors in addition to his father, his brother Robert Jourdanais, Jr., estranged wife April Jourdanais, fiancé’ Heather Moran, his daughters Danielle Scoons and Keirstin Jourdanais, his sons Thomas Jourdanais and Justice Scoons. Grandfather of Daniel Scoons, Gabriel Scoons, Malakai Sturdivant, Aven Coffey, Laylani and Ariella Clark and Maddie Sturdivant, also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and cousins. The family will receive friends at the DUFRESNE FUNERAL HOME, Inc., 216 Columbia Street, Cohoes on Friday, July 8, 2022, from 5 to 7pm.
