Obituary of Terry A. Gordon

Waterford – Terry A. Roberts Gordon, 72, of Waterford, passed away peacefully at her home with her daughter Kristin by her side on Saturday, February 19, 2022. She was born in Cohoes and was the daughter of the late Charles and Marjorie Bull Roberts. Terry was a Bingo enthusiast, she enjoyed soaking up the sun and warm crashing waves, a lover a fighter and a gentle soul. She was a kindhearted person and a friend to everyone. She was an eternal hippie, embracing Peace, Love and Happiness. She is survived by her husband, Walter (Red) Gordon of Waterford, loving mother of Kimberly (Brian) Zobott of Florida, Arthur Forgett of Watervliet, Richard (Brittany) Fitzmaurice of Petersburg, Kristin (Makili) Sweeter of Troy and Justin (Lynne) Bonneau of Cohoes, also survived by eleven grandchildren, three great grandchildren and caretaker to Ava Roberts. Sister of Mary (Jeffrey) Decatur of Waterford, Constance (William) Chickaway of Cohoes, Charles Roberts of Cohoes, and the late Jeffrey Roberts. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 24, 2022, at 10:00am at the DUFRESNE FUNERAL HOME, Inc., 216 Columbia Street, Cohoes. Interment will follow in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Waterford. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, from 4 to 7pm.
