Mechanicville – Robert M. Dempsey, 54, of Mechanicville, passed away at Saratoga Hospital, Saratoga Springs on Tuesday, February 1, 2022. He was born in Troy and was the son of Alice Sambrook Hackett of Wynantskill and the late Robert Dempsey. He was a graduate of Troy High School. He installed roofs for Star Roofing in Albany. Survivors in addition to his mother are his children, Andrew, Angel, Destiny, Faith and Patience, his lifetime companion, Jaime of Waterford. Brother of Debbie (Stephen) Mohl and Barb Plekan (Paul), also survived by nieces and nephews. Funeral services are private at the convenience of the family.
