Cohoes – Wendy A. Wilmot, 56, of Cohoes passed away at Samaritan Hospital, Troy on Monday, February 20, 2017 after a long illness. Born and educated in Cohoes she was the daughter of Theresa Guerin Savaria of Cohoes and the late William Savaria. She was a manager of Ames in Latham. Wendy was a part of NA in the capital district for 12 years. She loved going to the casinos. Survivors in addition to her mother are her children, Michael (Sabrina) Wilmot, Heather Wilmot (Julisa) of Texas and William Wilmot of Cohoes, her grandchildren, Carlee, Aiden, Genevieve, Teagan, Miles and William. Sister of Colleen Fernet of Cohoes, William Savaria of Cohoes, Donna Berder of Cohoes and Susan Scherpf of Florida, also survived by nieces and nephews.
