Obituary of Georgianna F. DeVoe

Cohoes – Georgianna F. Poe DeVoe, 68, of Ogden Mill Apartments, Cohoes died at Albany Medical Center on Monday, November 11, 2013 after a short illness. Born and educated in Cohoes and was the daughter of the late Thomas and Bernadette Lussier Poe. She was a lunch aide for the Cohoes City School District and was a member of the United Church of Cohoes. Georgianna was predeceased by her husband, Fred DeVoe. She is survived by her son Michael DeVoe of Troy. Funeral Service Wednesday evening at 7:00pm with Rev. Nick TeBordo officiating. The family will receive friends at the DUFRESNE FUNERAL HOME, Inc., 216 Columbia Street, Cohoes on Wednesday from 5 to 7pm. Inurnment will be in Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery, Schuylerville, N.Y at the convenience of the family.
