Cohoes – Janet A. Foster, 79, of Cohoes, passed away on Monday, June 21, 2021, with her family by her side.  Born in Albany, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Anna Couch Clifton.  Janet worked at the Cohoes Community Center for over 47 years.  She enjoyed going to BINGO.  Survivors include her children, John (Rebecca) Foster, Jeffrey Foster (Patricia Green), and JoAnne (Robert) Clark all of Cohoes and the late James Foster, her grandchildren, Bobby, Randy and Cory Clark, Cody Green, Timothy, Erin, and Casey Lemons, her great grandchildren Owen, Sophia, Chase, Ava and Bailey Clark and the late Harper Clark. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Memorial service to be held at the United Church of Cohoes, Mohawk Street, on Tuesday, June 29, 2021, at 12:00 noon  with Rev. Nick TeBordo officiating.  Friends who wish to remember Janet in a special way may donate to the United Church of Cohoes in her memory.
