Cohoes – John I. Stearns, Jr., 71, of Cohoes passed away at Diamond Hill Nursing and Rehabilitation Center on Thursday, February 9, 2017. He was a corrections officer for Rensselaer County Sheriff. Husband of the late Joan F. Stearns. John is survived by nieces and nephews. Services at the convenience of the family.
