Cohoes - Janice R. Gagnon Bagley, 80, of Cohoes, passed away at the Teresian House Nursing Home, Albany on Wednesday, January 20, 2021 with her family by her side. Born in Troy, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Helen Vallee Gagnon. She graduated from Keveny Memorial Academy. She retired from Cohoes Specialty Stores after many years of service. Wife of the late Donald P. Bagley, Sr. Mother of Donald P. Bagley, Jr. of Stillwater, Richard E. Bagley, Sr. of Fultonville and David A. (Melissa) Bagley of Cohoes. Grandmother of Keith, Craig, Paul, Richard Jr., Robert, Matthew and Jillian, great grandmother of Landen and Aubree Bagley. Sister of the late Frances Collette also survived by 3 nieces. Funeral services will be held on Saturday morning at 11:00am at the DUFRESNE FUNERAL HOME, Inc., 216 Columbia Street, Cohoes. Interment will follow in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Waterford. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday morning from 9:00 to 11:00am prior to the service. Friends who wish to remember Janice in a special way may donate to the Teresian House Nursing Home in her memory. Masks are required and social distancing will be observed inside and outside of the funeral home.
