Albany – Angelo L. Altieri, Sr., 67, of Albany, died at DVA Medical Center, Albany on Monday, August 17, 2020. He was born and educated in Albany and was the son of the late Salvatore Altieri and Marie Sbuttoni. He served his country in the US Marie Corp. Butch was a talented car mechanic and a man with a generous heart and a wicked sense of humor. He is survived by his children, Angelo Altieri, Jr. of Latham, Keri Altieri (Jason) of Rotterdam, Cathy Altieri (Justin) of Ravena and Kristen Altieri (John) of Delmar, his long-time companion Patricia Carney of Albany. He was predeceased by his daughter April Altieri and the Mother of his children, Cathy Altieri. Brother of Noreen Shea, Donna Winant (Bob), Carol Coluccio (John), Michael Fitzgerald (Maureen) and the late Jack Fitzgerald. An aunt, Sharon Nash (Edward) of Florida He is also survived by several grandchildren, a great grandchild and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will he held at the convenience of the family.
