Cohoes – Rosemary M. Smith, 71, of Cohoes, passed away at Samaritan Hospital, Troy on Tuesday, April 28, 2020. She was born and educated in Cohoes and was the daughter of the late Richard and Elsie Beaupharlant Minkler. Wife of the late Jackie T. Smith. Mother of Isrealjohn E.T. Smith of Cohoes and Rosja N. Smith of Berlin, NY. Grandmother of Aqquilaa Z. Smith and Chyeene E. Smith, great grandmother of Messyah P. Crandall, Silas B. Smith and Olivia S. Smith. Sister of Barbara Bechand and Sheba Brisson and sister of the late Annie Coleman. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family.
