Linda M. Beddow Jarvis, 65, of Troy died at her residence with her loving family by her side on Sunday, November 6, 2016 after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born in Troy, a graduate of Keveny Memorial Academy Class of 1969. Daughter of the late James and Loretta Diotte Beddow. She was an office manager for Empire Exhibits in Mechanicville for many years. Linda loved casinos, going camping and the ocean. Wife of Ronald Jarvis of Troy, mother of Gregory (Lori) Jarvis of New Jersey and Jacqulyne (Gianni) Venditti of Brunswick and grandmother of Ellie Jarvis, Domenico, Edward and Benjamin Venditti. Sister of Marilyn Pelletier of Ballston Spa, James Beddow of Brunswick, Colleen Tremblay of Troy, Loretta Stoliker of Troy and Janet Seguin of Latham and the late Edward Beddow. Also survived by several nieces, nephews and her best friend Sue Bogdan. The family will receive friends at the DUFRESNE FUNERAL HOME, Inc., 216 Columbia Street, Cohoes on Wednesday from 4 to 8pm. Those who wish to remember Linda in a special way may make a contribution in her memory to the American Cancer Society. The family would like to thank The Community Hospice of Rensselaer for the care given to Linda.
