Obituary of Lynna A Russo

Lynna A. Alois Russo, 71, of Cohoes, passed away at Albany Medical Center on Monday, November 26, 2018.  She was born in Troy to the late William and Anne Fontaine Alois.  She attended St. Joseph’s School in Cohoes and graduated from Keveny Memorial Academy in Cohoes, Class of 1965.  She worked for Verizon in North Greenbush for many years before retiring.  Lynna enjoyed traveling, visiting all 50 states and many countries.  She is survived by her children, Michael Russo of Cohoes, Mark Russo of New York City and Kerri (Frank) Brown of East Greenbush, her grandchildren Ashlyn and Easton.  Sister of Sandra (William) Kuber, also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.  A celebration of her life will be held on Friday, 6:30PM.  Relatives and friends may call at the DUFRESNE FUNERAL HOME, Inc., 216 Columbia Street, Cohoes on Friday from 4 to 6:30PM prior to the celebration of life. Friends who wish to remember Lynna in a special way make donate to the College of St. Rose Moving Message Fund, 1009 Madison Avenue, Albany, NY 12203 in her memory.
