Halfmoon – Amy J. Cremisio Lindemann, 46, of Halfmoon, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, October 13, 2018. She leaves behind a legacy of love and kindness and will be missed by all. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of her Life at All Saints on the Hudson Church, 121 North Main Street, Mechanicville on Wednesday, October 17, 2018 at 11:00am. The family will receive friends at Church on Wednesday from 10:00 to 11:00am prior to the service. Inurnment will be private at the convenience of the family. Friends who wish to remember Amy in a special way may make a donation to Community Hospice or a charity of one’s choice in her memory.
