Michael J. Jennings, Sr., 67, of Albany died at Albany Medical Center Hospital on Wednesday, November 2, 2016 after a brief illness. Born and educated in Albany he was the son of the late John and Mabel Yetter Jennings. Michael was an electrician for Local 236 for over 35 years. Husband of Theresa VanAmburgh Jennings of Albany. Father of Michael Jennings, Jr. of Waterford, Donald (Leslie) Jennings of Valley Falls, Jeremy Jennings of Poughkeepsie, Eric Jennings of Troy and step-father of Kimberly (Justin) Shanno of Latham. Brother of Joanne DeLisle and the late William C., John L., and Robert W. Jennings, Sandra Jean Battaglia and Arlene Rose Fissette, also survived by several grandchildren, a great grandchild, nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life will be held at a date and time to be announced.
