Obituary of Richard D Zehner

Richard (Ricky) D. Zehner, 63, of Cohoes passed away suddenly at his residence on Monday, May 7, 2018.  He was born in Albany, educated in Sacred Heart of Mary School, Watervliet, graduated from Watervliet High School and Hudson Valley Community College.  Son of the late Hilmore (Dick) and Florence Garceau Zehner.  Richard was a self- employed real estate developer. He was an Eagle Scout in Watervliet.  He is survived by his brother, Michael Zehner (Joanne Delsignore) of Troy, his sisters, Karen Zehner of Cohoes and Ellen Michaels of Latham, also survived by his aunt, Irene Tremblay of Clifton Park and nieces and nephews.  Funeral Service will be held Thursday evening 7:00pm at the DUFRESNE FUNERAL HOME, Inc., 216 Columbia Street, Cohoes with Rev. Donald Bourgeois officiating.  Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday from 5 to 7pm.
