Charlotte M. Rigney Rousselle, 83, of Cohoes passed away peacefully at Rosewood Rehabilitation and Nursing Center on Sunday, December 6, 2015 after a short illness. Born in Cohoes and a graduate of Keveny Memorial Academy, she was the daughter of the late Sylvester and Bertha Lessard Rigney. She was a full time Mom and a homemaker. Wife of the late Robert F. Rousselle, Jr. Mother of Parris (Julie) Rousselle of Scotia, Duwayne Rousselle of Cohoes, Geoffrey (Glory) Rousselle of Cohoes and Christian Rousselle of Green Island, grandmother of Natasha, Luke, Christel and Juliette Rousselle. Sister of Joseph Rigney of Round Lake and the late Edmund Rigney and Leo Rigney, also survived by several nieces and nephews. Funeral Thursday 9:00 am at the Church of the Holy Trinity, Cohoes where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Interment will follow in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Waterford. Relatives and friends may call at the DUFRESNE FUNERAL HOME, Inc., 216 Columbia Street, Cohoes on Wednesday from 4 to 7pm.
