C Leo Badgley Jr., 67, of Cohoes passed away at Samaritan Hospital, Troy on Saturday, December 4, 2015 after a brief illness. Born in Cohoes, he graduated from LaSalle Institute and Hudson Valley Community College. Son of the late Clarence and Delina LaForest Badgley. He retired from Mohawk Paper Company in Cohoes after 39 years of service. He was vice chair on the Cohoes Planning Board for 10 years. Devoted husband of Kathleen Conway Badgley of Cohoes. Cousin of Marilyn Dobert of Everett, WA and George Badgley of Wynantskill, NY. Also survived by his sister-in-law's, Joan Basios and Carol Lysogorski and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Tuesday evening at 7:00pm at the DUFRESNE FUNERAL HOME, Inc., 216 Columbia Street, Cohoes with Rev. James Ebert officiating. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday from 4 to 7pm.
