Obituary of Barbara A. Weaver

Cohoes – Barbara A. Weaver, 72, of Clearview Court, Cohoes passed away at St. Mary's Hospital, Troy on Saturday, March 28, 2015 after a long illness. Born in Cohoes, she graduated from Heatley High School in Green Island and was the daughter of the late Joseph and Lillian LaBarge Nedoroscik. She held various positions in the Cohoes City School District for 30 years, retiring in 2005. She loved to do the Living Stations of the Cross for St. Rita/Sacred Heart Church and working the Bazaar. She was a Den Mother for Cub Scouts and a communicant of Church of the Holy Trinity. Survivors include her husband, Thomas F. Weaver of Cohoes, her sons, Thomas D. (Lori) Weaver of Saratoga Springs, David M. (Dolores) Weaver of Altamont and Daniel F. (Jamie) Weaver of Latham, her grandchildren Christopher, Karly, Sean and Julia. Sister of Marian Almy, Gary Hayostek and the late Joseph Nedoroscik and Karen Hayostek . Niece of Edward Houghtaling and the late Marie Houghtaling, also survived by brother and sister-in-laws, nieces and nephews. Funeral Tuesday 11:00am at the Church of the Holy Trinity, Cohoes where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Interment will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, Troy.
