Dear Madonna, Erin, Amy and Tara: Joyce and I are so sorry to learn of Franks passing. Frank was truly a treasure. A great guy to work with, a wonderful engineer and a man who loved his family. I'm sorry we can't be with you at this time, but be assured Frank and all of you are in our prayers. Joyce & Tony Gregory
