Kathleen V. Beattie, 53, of Cohoes passed away at Rosewood Gardens Rehabilitation and Nursing Center on Monday, July 17, 2017 after a long illness. Born and educated in Troy. Wife of Darrell Beattie of Cohoes, mother of Ashley (Michael) Fogarty, Darrell Beattie, Jr. and Dee Beattie all of Cohoes, grandmother of Edmund Decker, Alessandra Decker, Nicholas Beattie, Arabella Beattie, Darrell Beattie, III, Caitlyn Knight, Austin Knight and the late Brittany Knight. Sister of the late Richard Duval and Robert Duval. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Funeral services Thursday 6:30pm at the DUFRESNE FUNERAL HOME, Inc., 216 Columbia Street, Cohoes with Pastor Nick TeBordo officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 5 to 7pm. Inurnment at the convenience of the family.
