Cohoes – Scott J. Castracane, 45, of Cohoes, passed away at St. Peter’s Hospital, Albany on Wednesday, August 30, 2023. He was born in Troy and graduated from Cohoes High School. Scott loved being on the computer. Son of Margaret Castracane of Cohoes, also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, September 6, 2023, at 11:00am in the DUFRESNE FUNERAL HOME, Inc., 216 Columbia Street, Cohoes. Inurnment will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Waterford. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday morning from 10:00 to 11:00 prior to the service.
