Cohoes – David C. Edwards, 77, of Cohoes passed away at Troy Victorian Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Troy on Monday, March 23, 2026. He was born in Amsterdam, NY and graduated from Linton High School in Schenectady. Son of the late Charles and Marjorie Cronk Edwards. He was a broadcast TV engineer for WMHT in Schenectady for almost 20 years. He was in commercial public communications and was a Ham radio operator K2GBO for over 50 years. Husband of 53 years to Caroline Hayner Edwards of Cohoes. Father of Christopher Edwards of Cohoes and Mary Ann (Chad) Rifenberick of Wynantskill and grandfather of Madison. Funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family.
