Cohoes – Jeanne M. Manseau, 81, of Cohoes passed away at Albany Medical Center Hospital, Albany on Tuesday, February 10, 2026. She was born in Cohoes and was the daughter of the late William and Mary May Manseau. She was a secretary for New York State Department of Transportation for many years. Survived by her daughter, Jeannine (Timothy) McNeil of Queensbury, NY and her grandchildren, Cameron McNeil and Liam McNeil.
