Troy – Thomas C. Cicora, 81, of Troy passed away at St. Peter’s Hospital, Albany on Friday, January 2, 2026, after a long illness. He was born and educated in Elmira, NY and graduated from Elmira College. Son of the late Clyde and Loretta Rusinski Cicora. He is survived by his wife, Kathleen Hee Cicora of Troy, his children Kimberly (Michael) Fitzpatrick of Troy and Dylan Cicora of Troy, grandfather of Shane (Tiffani) Murray, Matthew Cicora, Jordan Edwards, Aubrey (Daniel) Fitzpatrick, and Dory (John) Fitzpatrick. Great grandfather of Avery, Aiden, Sophia, Destiny, Madison, Peyton, Adisyn, Bella, Alaina, and Kai. Brother of Joyce Sponyoe of Naples, FL, Richard Cicora of Horseheads, NY, and the late James Cicora.
