Ballston Lake- Bernard B. Hyatt, 56, of Ballston Lake, NY passed away peacefully at Saratoga Hospital, Saratoga Springs, NY on Thursday, December 25, 2025, with his family by his side. He was born in Cohoes and was the son of the late Bernard and Margaret DeWolfe Hyatt. He was a graduate of Cohoes High School and attended Hudson Valley Community College receiving an associate’s degree in criminal justice. He was a truck driver for UPS in Latham for over 35 years. He was an Adirondack 46er, climbing the High Peaks. He was a motorcycle enthusiast, he loved to travel, taking road trips everywhere. He liked heavy metal music and all kinds of animals. Bernie is survived by his children, Craig Hyatt of Albany and Rebecca Hyatt of South Korea. Companion of Christina Vollkommer of Saratoga Springs, NY. Brother of Raymond Nolan, David Hyatt, and Mary Ann Cary, also survived by nieces and nephews.
