
Obituary of Roger J. Trudell Sr.
Brunswick – Roger J. Trudell, Sr., passed into eternal life 6 days prior to his 82nd Birthday on Friday, June 20, 2025, at St. Peter’s Hospital, with his wife Susan by his side. He was born in Cohoes on June 26, 1943, to Florestine Berthiaume and Joseph Trudell. He attended CBA from 7th to 12th grade and attended Siena College for 1 year. He then went to work in the Merchant Marines for 20 years and spent 20 years driving Medical Vans. Roger and Susan just celebrated 31 years of marriage. Besides his wife, Roger is survived by his children, Jason, Nicole and Jennifer, several grandchildren and one great granddaughter. His brother Paul (Suzanne) Trudell, nephew Michael (Emily) Gordon, Gary (Betty) Gordon and his late sister-in-law Linda Gordon. Special thanks to Joyce Duncan for always being a great neighbor. Roger requests any donations be made to Christian Brothers Academy, 12 Airline Dr., Albany, NY 12205, or Ronald McDonald House, 139 South Lake Ave., Albany, NY 12208 in his memory. Services will be held at a later date.
