Cohoes – Carol A. Murray, 82, of Cohoes, passed away at Samaritan Hospital, Troy on Sunday February 23, 2025. She was born in Cohoes and was the daughter of the late Harold and Rita Huneau Gibbs. She graduated from Cohoes High School. Carol retired from the Hampton Inn, Colonie as executive housekeeper. Wife of the late Douglas S. Murray. Mother of Christina Murray and Douglas Murray and Tonya, and the late Gordon Murray, survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren. Sister of Harold Gibbs, Hazel Shields, and Eleanor Couchman, also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.  At Carol’s request, there is no public service.
