Lisa A. Celeone, 50, of Troy died at her home on Tuesday, August 19, 2014 after a long battle with cancer. Born and educated in Cohoes, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Celeone and Mary Klar King. She was a machine operator at SQP in Scotia for many years. Survived by her children, Shanda (Matthew) Warner of Troy, Sara Carter of Cohoes, Michael Carter, Jr., Troy (Claire Gabriel), Shawn (Audrey) Carter, of Cohoes, her grandchildren Jasmine Carter, Eyzik Waters, Jordan Wood, Mia Carter and Logan Warner. Sister of Kelly (David) Vanderwarker of East Greenbush, William Vanier of Cohoes, also survived by I niece, 2 nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. Funeral Saturday 11:00am at the DUFRESNE FUNERAL HOME, Inc., 216 Columbia Street, Cohoes with Mother Geraldine Clemmons officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday morning from 9:30am to 11: 00am. Those who wish to remember Lisa in a special way may make a contribution to the American Cancer Society in Lisa’s name.
