Carol LaForest Bressette, 68, of Ogden Mills Plaza, Cohoes passed away on Friday, December 30, 2016 after a short illness. Carol was born in Waterford, educated in Cohoes and was the daughter of the late Wilfred and Eva Carey LaForest. She is survived by her sons, Dale (Tonya) Bressette of East Greenbush and Timothy (Jamie) Bressette of Waterford, brothers Richard LaForest, Robert LaForest and sister Marlene Malyn. Also, survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 21, 2017 at 3:30pm at the DUFRESNE FUNERAL HOME, Inc., 216 Columbia Street, Cohoes, with Pastor Nick TeBordo officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 2 to 4pm. Those who wish to remember Carol in a special way may donate to the American Lung Association of the Northeast, 418 Broadway, Second floor, Albany, NY 12207 in her memory.
