Carl F. Yelle, 60, of Cohoes died at Samaritan Hospital Troy on Tuesday, November 1, 2016 after a brief illness with his loving family by his side. He was born in Palmer, MA and was the son of Frederick Yelle of Saugerties and the late Frances Clough. He worked as a machine operator for Morgan Linen in Menands for many years. He loved fishing, wrestling and going to car shows. He especially loved spending time with his family. Husband of the late Kathleen Yelle. Survivors in addition to his father is his children, Sarah Yelle (Joann) of Cohoes, Stephen (Natasha) Yelle of Watervliet and Chris (Patricia) King of Watervliet, grandchildren, Christopher, Darrian, Kylie, Samuel, Lindsey, Adam, Brendan and Hayleigh and loving companion of Meredith Thompson of Cohoes. Brother of Gail Casiano of Plattekill, NY, Brenda Ford of Saugerties, Dennis Yelle of Kingston, Carrie (Leroy) Hogan of Plattekill, NY and Wayne Yelle of Cohoes, also survived by many nieces and nephews. Funeral Saturday 10:00am at the DUFRESNE FUNERAL HOME, Inc., 216 Columbia Street, Cohoes with Pastor Nick TeBordo officiating. Interment will follow in Albany Rural Cemetery, Menands. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 4 to 7pm.
