Muriel A. Bonneau Cavanaugh, 91, of Troy passed away at The Eddy Heritage House Nursing Center, Troy on Monday, June 27, 2016 after a brief illness. Born and educated in Cohoes, she was the daughter of the late George and Agnes Fields Bonneau. She was a homemaker. Wife of the late Andrew E. Cavanaugh, Jr. Mother of Daniel (Diane) Cavanaugh) of Troy, Kathleen (William) Fisher of Troy, Andrew (Linda) Cavanaugh of Troy, Debbie (Charles) McDonald of Troy and David Cavanaugh of Troy, also survived by 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her siblings. Funeral Thursday 11:00am at the DUFRESNE FUNERAL HOME, Inc., 216 Columbia Street, Cohoes with Rev. James Ebert officiating. Interment will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, Troy. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday morning from 9:30 to 11:00 prior to service.
