Mildred A. Landry, 93, of Cohoes passed away at Schuyler Ridge Residential Center, Clifton Park on Monday, October 12, 2015 after a short illness. Born and educated in Cohoes, she was the daughter of the late Oliver and Agnes Hoag Landry. She retired in 1983 after 22 years of service for New York State Department of Public Service and was a member of CSEA as well as a member of St. Anne Society at the former Scared Heart Church in Cohoes. Sister of the late George Landry, Chester Landry and Donald Landry. She is survived by nieces, Doris Lepp of Bel Air, Maryland, Patricia Burns of Ballston Lake and nephew David Landry of Vienna, Virginia, also survived by great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews. Funeral Friday 11:00am at the Church of the Holy Trinity, Cohoes where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Interment will follow in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Waterford. Relatives and friends may call at the DUFRESNE FUNERAL HOME, Inc., 216 Columbia Street, Cohoes on Friday morning from 9:00am to 10:30am. Those who wish to remember Millie in a special way may make a contribution in her memory to the Association for Frontotemporal Degeneration, Radnor Station, BLDG. 2, 290 King of Prussia Road, Radnor, PA 19087, please designate for research.
