Watervliet – John R. Hebert. 46, of Watervliet suddenly at Samaritan Hospital, Troy on Friday, January 2, 2015 after being stricken at his residence. Born and educated in Cohoes, he was the son of Victoria Durocher Billings of Watervliet and the late William E. Hebert. He worked at the Eddy Ford Nursing Home in Cohoes for several years. Survivors in addition to his mother is his sister, Deborah Housley of the State of Washington and his brother William Hebert, Jr. of Watervliet, also survived by three nieces, one great niece, aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral Tuesday evening 6:30pm at the DUFRESNE FUNERAL HOME, Inc., 216 Columbia Street, Cohoes. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday from 4 to 7pm. Inurnment at the convenience of the family.
