Hilda Vogel, 88, of Mann Avenue, Cohoes, passed away at Diamond Hill Nursing and Rehabilitation Center on Wednesday, December 17, 2014 after a short illness. Born and educated in Cohoes, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Eva Ouellette Lagasse. She retired from the New York State Unemployment after many years of service. She was predeceased by her husbands, Edward Ciemiega and Richard Vogel and her siblings. She is survived by her nieces, Simone Lagasse of Petersburgh, Michele Lagasse of Petersburgh and Suzanne Lagasse Kimball (Alan) of Salt Lake City, UT and nephew Mark Lagasse (Gary Sunshine) of Beacon, N.Y. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a funeral service 2:00pm Tuesday at the DUFRESNE FUNERAL HOME, Inc., 216 Columbia Street, Cohoes with Deacon Gerard Matthews officiating. Interment to follow in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Waterford.
